Welcome to our site. We currently own three manufactured home communities in Indiana and Illinois. There are home sites and park owned homes for rent in each of our communities.

We sell used homes and three different brands of new homes built by Redman, Clayton and Dutch. We only sell new homes that are going into one of our communities so we can offer them at wholesale prices since we're not competing with outside sales centers. Check out our low prices!
